Portland Glass was super helpful when I needed a windshield replacement and went above and beyond when my new windshield was having problems after installation. They were even able to pick my car up from my workplace and drop it off after the installation free of charge so that way I didn't have to miss work in the middle of the day. Thank you!

This place is amazing. I have used them a few years back on another chip and went in this morning to get what appeared to me like a crack looked at. They saw me right away and told me that it wasn't a crack but a chip and can definitely be repaired. What's more is that they squeezed me in right then and there without me having to ask, which was amazing. On top of that, they handle the insurance stuff, and all I had to do was start a claim online. But all this would be useless if the repair was not good, right? There is no need to worry as after the repair, it is now really hard to see that the damage was even there. I really wish I had taken a before photo. All in all, everything was easy, and everyone was so friendly and helpful from start to finish. I highly recommend Portland Glass of West Lebanon.

We have large screen doors and have always wondered how I might replace them. A neighbor had Portland Glass do some screen doors and sent Bill over. He measured and gave me a quote and came to the house a week later and replaced the screens and did a fantastic job !!!!!

They helped me locate a replacement for a window I foolishly broke. Reasonable prices, prompt, excellent communications. I wish I had found this business sooner.

After breaking a Pella double-hung window and contacting Pella's customer service directly, a friend urged me to contact Portland Glass. Portland sized the broken window (Pella was relying on me to measure it), obtained a replacement (from Pella!) faster than Pella said they could, and charged about 75% of what Pella was going to charge. Portland's window arrived when they said and fit perfectly. They were polite and easy to work with.

Highly recommended. I had a repair get drawn out over the course of months due to the car's manufacturer. Even though Portland was not at fault, the owner Chris still gave a significant discount for the trouble. Very trustworthy place, highly recommend.

Kassidy Lemieux was amazing to deal with. I arrived late due to all of this construction and she and her team welcomed me and assured me, they could still take care of the window that had fallen inside my car door. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. They have a new customer.
