The staff at Portland Glass are friendly and upfront. I needed a windshield replacement for my old car to pass state inspection and saw the reviews here so decided to contact them. I received a quote and was able to schedule the work quickly. There were some initial miscommunications but the manager provided a resolution that I very much appreciate. Thereafter communications were clear and detailed, providing all the information about what needed to happen. They were also very accommodating of my hectic schedule.

Got a chip on my windshield. Called Portland glass they got me in pretty fast and helped me get the chip repair filed with insurance and then did the repair in no time at all...so far so good. Think I will use them for more glass repair projects
