Highly highly recommend! I was sent on a wild goose chase by safelight auto glass, 4 times I was rescheduled on because they ordered the wrong part and a 5th time because some other issues. Anyways after over a month I contacted Portland glass and they had the CORRECT part ordered before we got off the phone and got my truck in 3 days later. It was intact the right window and they had it installed and back to me in 4 hours! And ended up being more than $120 cheaper! 5 stars hand down’! Thank you guys!

Jacob did a fantastic job with the replacement of my windshield and recalibration. My car was giving him a lot of trouble during the recalibration and he was willing to keep my car for an extra day to make it right. I appreciated Jacob keeping me in the loop every step of the way. The communication and customer service was very appreciated. I’ll definitely be using Portland Glass for any of my needs going forward.

Jacob was very personable. He explained everything thoroughly when he cam out to measure. He answered all our questions and assuaged our concerns. The installation process was difficult because of the tile the we installed. He explained the situation and followed through . All went smoothly.

Portland Glass installed our large bathroom mirror with great care! The custom mirror was ordered and received in no time at all. The installation was quick and efficient. The installers were personable and respectful!

Jake and Dennis came to my house and were nothing but professional. Unfortunately, the door I ordered to be installed in my shower was the wrong size they found, but continued to help in anyway the could. They evaluated the situation, gave me all the info I needed, got what they needed to provide me with an estimate that would work for us, wrapped up the door I that bought so it was re-packaged and even took the trash from the package with them!! These guys are awesome and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I live 5 minutes away and the company was willing to pick up my vehicle at my house and fix it and drop it off. You cannot beat this customer service. My insurance ordered the wrong windshield and they made it convenient as possible. Next morning it was installed by 9am. I recommend this company to everyone.

Absolutely outstanding! Dropped my truck off at 8 and was able to pick it up at noon. They replaced everything back, exactly as it was! Even the Velcro tabs to hold my EZ Pass we're put back in the same spot and spacing as before! Just incredible and greatly appreciated!! Thanks so much!
