I went to the Rumford Portland Glass to replace a few car windows. Service went above and beyond! Hunter and Chris were helpful, kind, and answered any and all questions I had!

We broke a window in our old camp and brought to Portland Glass Rumford. Chris was awesome. We didn’t know what manufacturer it was but Chris told us it was an old Andersen window and how to take it apart. He cut our glass and spent the time with us to make sure we knew how to reinstall and secure. Fit perfectly and install was easy because of him

Went in today for a windshield replacement that I brought in myself. Chris there has been nothing but a pleasant experience there. The job took about 2 and a half hours which is pretty fast in my case. The pricing was perfect, and his communication skills was professional. He even commented on my car! I definitely recommend this place if you want any type of windshield replacement done, however just be a little careful around the trim inside the car, and the accessories like my dash camera. Now I can get my inspection sticker!

Chris was super friendly and helpful. I went in to get 2 large pieces of glass cut today. Chris stopped the project he was working on to cut the glass for me. He was efficient and pleasant to work with. I will definitely go back to Portland Glass in Rumford. Thank you!

This was my second trip to Portland glass in Rumford with a cracked windshield in my Toyota Tacoma, man winters in Maine sure do a number on windshields. After I noticed the crack my first stop the next day that I had off was to the Portland Glass office in Rumford. I was greeted as I walked through the door by Melanie whose customer service is excellent. She quickly scheduled my appointment to replace the windshield. When I showed up for the appointment I was greeted by name and invited to have a seat in the waiting room next to a lovely warm propane heater. Within 2 hours my windshield was fully replaced with all stickers and devices (easy pass and the receiver for my car starter) attached to the new windshield. The technician that did the work Hebert was also friendly and explained proper care for the next few days to avoid future issues. Because of the great customer service I will be returning for any of my glass needs and will recommend anybody with glass work needs to go to them!

Chris and Mel were both terrific.

I came in for my Jeep Renegade because of a chip. Chris and Mel were there to greet me with a smile and got the job done effectively, efficiently and quick! I could tell they care about their customers and I would highly recommend them to anyone. It’s refreshing to do business with people that care!

I like it when I need to spend money and the experience is also a pleasure, which is exactly the case working with Chris and his team (Mel, Hunter, Mike) at Portland Glass of Rumford. It was a challenging job and the results were just phenomenal. I have more windows to replace later (condensation compromise) and I will be calling Chris.

Chris and Hunter did a great job replacing six large 6’ X 3’ windows encased in oak trim. Chris was a pleasure to work with, he was polite, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what we needed at a price much lower than the other company that we talked to. They made what I thought would be a challenging job look easy.

Beautiful shower doors installed by Chris. I had a little issue with one of the doors and he was here to fix it quickly. I like the fact that they stand behind their products. That kind of service is not easy to find these days! Thanks again
