I had a crack in my windshield and within a few days someone was replacing it in my driveway (while it was freezing out). There were a few cosmetic issues I had brought up in an email along with some questions and in less than a half hour, the manager Roberto was reaching out to me to address and fix any issues I had. The next day he was in my driveway to fix some of the interior pieces I wasn't happy about, had great communication and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the job done. I had lots of questions regarding the molding around the windshield and he made sure to take his time answering anything I threw at him. Highly recommend working with them in the future if needed. They were prompt, professional and did a great job.

I'm all in with Portland Glass in Methuen. Same day service - 2 days before Christmas. Amy and Team went way beyond my expectations. I had a few pieces of plate glass cut for a antique light fixture that I'm restoring. All pieces were accurately cut, and fit perfectly. Worth the drive from Salem NH.

Used Portland Glass for a broken window and they came out right away to give a quote, which was reasonable, and came back in 3 weeks and replaced the broken window with no fuss at all for us. Very happy with the service and support. I will use Portland Glass next time for sure!
