The installation crew was amazing! Friendly, courteous, and professional. The job was completed in a timely manner and cleaned up right after. The crew left, and the office called a minute later, asking for payment after I had already paid half prior to their arrival. I explained I would get that out. The next morning, they called again asking for payment. The office experience left a horrible impact and made me feel unappreciated and extremely frustrated. They treated me like I owed them for years, and they were the collection company. Left a sad impression on me. :(
