From start to finish I was given instructions that made for a smooth transition. I was given a quote and my appointment made. Everyone was very friendly and my windshield was replaced in record time. I was very pleased!

The receptionist was top notch and wonderful. The gentleman went out of his way to get me in and took care of me. A very positive experience. But I disapprove of the commercials while on hold. I had to listen to 15 minutes of commercials when I called Rumford. Go to Farmington… much better.

My husband and I can't thank Katie from the front desk and the other members of Portland Glass enough for being so patient and friendly. We would highly recommend this business for any glass repair. Windshield back to normal and looks great!

Woke up to a cracked windshield, seemingly out of no where! I made an inquiry using their website and with an hour I has a quote and a next available time on when a replacement could happen! When going into the store to set up my appointment time the front desk was so helpful in working around our busy schedule that week and even allowed us to drop our vehicle off the day before our appointment. Upon pick up it the keys were left where I had asked then to be put, and all of our stickers were put back in the same places as the old windshield. 10/10 would recommend getting service done here!

Had my new windshield put in the customer service was very kind and helped set it up. Dropped my car off ahead of time and picked it up at the end of the day no issues and it looks good.

Very nice, got me in the next day. Was done sooner than expected. Very kind as well. Always go here and never let down. They also make sure to tell you about the warranty unlike other places which is amazing!
