Excellent business! Portland Glass is so efficient at their processes: starting from my initial call inquiring about replacing the windshield on our vehicle, to us getting the windshield replaced - it all look about four business days! Replaced the windshield on our Subaru, worked directly with our auto insurance company (while on phone with me) and facilitated the whole process for me through insurance! They work directly with most major insurance carriers and I didn’t have to deal with any back and forth at all with our insurance company, it was wonderful. We just had to pay our $50 deductible to Portland Glass for the windshield replacement, and that was it (for comparison, the dealership wanted to charge us ~$2,100 and we would have had to pay up front and try to get reimbursed via our insurance on our own). Highly recommend this company - thank you Portland Glass!

Car windshield replacement took less than a day. The building is conveniently not far from a bus stop so although it's not located downtown it's still easy to get to without a car. Very easy to make an appointment also, but make sure to call by phone. Setting up an appointment on the website doesn't seem to work.

Both setting up the apt to get my windshield replaced and the coordination between my insurance co and Portland glass was easy. Glass was replaced in a timely manner and all staff was very courteous.

I needed a new ceramic glass window, custom cut, for our wood stove because the glass pane was broken. Of course that’s essential in the winter. I heard that all technicians were at a commercial job site. So, they would have to fit it in. I got a call that the glass was ready a few hours later, and I picked it up in the afternoon. The wood stove worked again in the evening. Great speedy work!
