The company I represent is located in Virginia. I needed a miracle for a project to be completed in Bangor, ME. I was able to find this company based on a Google search. The lovely woman in the office pulled some strings to get someone to survey the location to be sure they could commit to this job. After multiple phone calls and exchanging information with Nick, it was determined that we would not be able to move forward with this project. However, the customer service and willingness to accommodate my job on such short notice does not go unnoticed. Everyone went out of their way today for a last minute request for me. The communication from start to finish was top tier. I plan to utilize Portland Glass for any projects that require glass removal. The team here is truly a breath of fresh air in the realm of customer service.

I have gone here a couple of times now to get pieces of glass for antiques I'm restoring and these people are some of the loveliest that I have ever met and had the pleasure of working with. Not to mention that the work they do is phenomenal and for extremely reasonable prices with quick turn around times. It's not too often you can drag an old ironing board in somewhere and have someone be just as excited to cut you a piece of glass for it. I will continue to go here and have recommended all my friends and family to do the same should they ever need their services :)

Replaced 2 windows in my garage door. Was a tricky job with missing original gaskets but they got it done. Customer service was top notch professional. Highly recommend

They answer their office phone in person and answer emails quickly! The ladies I dealt with at the Bangor location were very friendly helpful and knowledgeable employees and got me scheduled in quickly for a windshield replacement. I would recommend this company location.
