At Portland Glass, we treat customers like we’d like to be treated. That’s why we guarantee to repair or replace your windshield for free if it’s damaged within 12 months of replacement due to a normal road hazard. This one-time guarantee excludes labor, kits, moldings, and clips, but coverage for these items can be purchased during installation. Damage from collision, vandalism, or acts of God is excluded. We always prioritize repair first, and doing so won’t void the remaining guarantee.

Our 12-month Windshield Protection Plan is included at no cost, covering free repairs or one replacement. Upgrade for added coverage like labor, materials, wiper blades, and glass protectant.

Windshield Protection Plan

We include our Windshield Protection Plan at no cost when we replace your windshield. For 12 months, it covers unlimited repairs or a single replacement, excluding labor and extra materials. We'll repair your windshield when possible and your coverage will remain intact.
WPP Future Installation Option

For an additional fee, our WPP Future Installation Option upgrades your Windshield Protection Plan to include labor and materials. This added coverage ensures your repair or replacement costs are fully covered.
WPP Value Package

For the highest protection, choose our WPP Value Package. It includes the Windshield Protection Plan and Future Installation Option, plus new wiper blades and glass protectant to resist scratches, weather damage, and preserve clarity in harsh conditions.

Guidelines for Coverage

Each of our protection packages covers your windshield for 12 months and is limited to normal road hazards. Damage due to collision, vandalism, fraud, or acts of God are excluded. Certain large vehicles (Class A motor coaches, buses, and class 7 or 8 heavy-duty trucks) are excluded from coverage. If you have a claim, you must report it to the Portland Glass center that performed the windshield installation. Your repair or replacement must be performed by a Portland Glass location. You can trust that Portland Glass ensures your windshield replacement is done to the highest standards. Some exclusions may apply.
